Committee for Finance
Welcome to the Home Page of the Committee for Finance. The Committee was established to advise and assist the Minister on matters within their responsibility. The Committee undertakes a scrutiny, policy development and consultation role with respect to the Department for Finance and plays a key role in the consideration and development of legislation.

The next meeting of the Committee for Finance will be held on 07 December 2016 at 2pm in Room 29. The Committee will receive oral evidence from the Department of Finance on Management of the NICS Estate and the Programme for Government.
The Committee will also consider the Draft Terms of Reference and Inquiry Plan for the Review of the Non-Domestic Rating System in Northern Ireland, consider Committee responses to the Budget, and in closed session, will consider options for the Committee scrutiny of the sale of the NI NAMA loans portfolio.
