DESIGN, ARTWORK AND PRINT MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (hereinafter called ‘NIAC’) intends to establish a multi supplier framework for the provision of graphic design and print management.
The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (hereinafter called “the NIAC”) is seeking up to a maximum of eight Service Providers to provide the services. Service Providers must be capable of designing and providing full artwork and / or templates for a wide range of items and other communication material. Designed materials might include, but are not limited to:
- Brochures and leaflets for the general public
- Educational materials
- Promotional materials and advertisements for Corporate Events
- Posters and banners
- Penguin and nomadic stands
- Conference backdrops
- Web graphics
Service Providers must have the facility to design and deliver publications and resources in accessible formats such as Braille, audio, large print and minority ethnic languages as and when requested.
It is anticipated that the framework will be in place for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months each. The value of the framework is estimated at £60,000 and it is anticipated that the framework will commence in January 2017.
